Spotlight on Ryan Strome:
The Oilers forward has struggled this season offensively but has scored in his last two games, including the game-winner in Sunday’s 4-2 victory against the Avalanche in Denver. Strome also scored the first goal in Tuesday’s 3-2 loss to the visiting Boston Bruins, who rallied with three third-period goals to overcome a 2-0 deficit. Strome, 24, is in his fifth NHL season after being selected by the New York Islanders with the fifth pick of the 2011 draft.
