Lack of offense leads to Tribe loss against Red Sox; three takeaways

CLEVELAND– The Indians took on the Boston Red Sox on Wednesday in the third game of a four game set, looking to avenge Tuesday night’s 9-1 loss.

The Tribe once again struggled to get any offense going, and fell to the Red Sox for a second straight night, 6-1.

Corey Kluber took the loss for Cleveland despite a twelve strikeout performance.

During Kluber’s start last Friday in Kansas City, he left after five and one-third innings due to an ankle sprain.
