The Cleveland Browns were once again under the bright lights of primetime football, but were unable to use the spotlight to show it is a different Cleveland Browns football team. The Browns lost a tight one to the Los Angeles Rams, losing 20-13 and falling to 1-2 to start the 2019 season.
It was a defensive battle for the first half of the game as both teams traded field goals. The Browns defense stepped up early on and created problems for the Rams prolific offense. Cleveland’s offense could not take advantage of the stout Browns defense, however, only managing two field goals.
