Clemson football running back Travis Etienne has had a stellar season for the Tigers.
The sophomore finished second in the Doak Walker Award standings and apparently received quite a few Heisman votes.
According to Sports Illustrated’s Andy Staples, Etienne finished seventh overall in the Heisman standings and was the first running back to show up in the voting.

Travis Etienne received six 2nd place votes and 17 3rd place votes in the Heisman race. The final results were a runaway for Oklahoma’s Kyler Murray and, to no surprise, Alabama’s Tua Tagovailoa finished second.
