Tyler Stephenson's pinch-hit homer lifts Cincinnati Reds over Pittsburgh Pirates

This time, Trevor Bauer needed his teammates to pick him up. Bauer was three outs from a complete-game, one-hit, seven-inning shutout Monday when Colin Moran hit a sky shot out to right to tie the game.

Tyler Stephenson's two-run, walk-off home run gave the Reds a 3-1 victory Monday over the Pittsburgh Pirates in the first game of a doubleheader.

Jose Garcia singled with two outs in the seventh. Two pitches later, Stephenson, hitting for Shogo Akiyama, hit one out to left to win it.

After a bit of a shaky start, Bauer turned the game into a campaign stop for his Cy Young run.
