Trevor Bauer upset with delay, postponement of Cincinnati Reds-Detroit Tigers game

The Detroit Tigers and Cincinnati Reds moved up Saturday's game by five hours because there was rain in the forecast.

Mother Nature apparently didn't care. The Tigers' grounds crew started unrolling the tarp at 1 p.m., just 10 minutes before the scheduled first pitch, as it began to rain at Comerica Park.

The game was officially postponed at 2:05 p.m. The Reds and Tigers will play a seven-inning doubleheader on Sunday with the first pitch scheduled for 12:10 p.m. It will be the first seven-inning doubleheader in MLB history after the league approved shortened doubleheaders earlier this week.
