Ervin ends extra-inning game with walk-off HR

CINCINNATI -- Leading off the bottom of the 11th inning, Phillip Ervin crushed a home run to center field and gave the Reds a 2-1 walk-off victory over the Giants at Great American Ball Park on Friday. The victory snapped Cincinnati's four-game losing streak.

On a 1-1 slider from Giants reliever Ray Black, Ervin tattooed the ball to the deepest part of the ballpark and watched it land near the batter's eye for the first walk-off hit of his career.
