Cincinnati plans to claim kicker Austin Seibert off waivers from the Cleveland Browns, according to a source. Waiver claims aren't official until 4 p.m. on Tuesday, but the Bengals have the NFL's top waiver priority.
The Bengals need some contingency plans at kicker in the event Bullock is unavailable for the team's Thursday night contest against the Browns. Bullock hurt both his calves in the team's Week 1 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, per the Bengals' injury report.
