Some have suggested over the past week that quarterback Justin Herbert of Oregon impressed during Senior Bowl workouts and should be a player the Cincinnati Bengals consider early in the 2020 NFL Draft.
CBS Sports' latest mock draft, however, doesn't include Herbert in the first round.
Heisman Trophy winner Joe Burrow of LSU goes to the Bengals with the top pick in CBS' mock draft; Alabama's Tua Tagovailoa goes 5th to the Miami Dolphins; Washington's Jacob Eason goes 12th to the Oakland Raiders; and Utah State's Jordan Love goes 13th to the Indianapolis Colts.
