Defensive tackle Mike Daniels signs one-year deal with Bengals worth reported $2.7 million

Free agent defensive tackle Mike Daniels signed a one-year contract with the Cincinnati Bengals, the team announced Wednesday morning.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Tuesday night via Twitter that Daniels' deal is worth up to $2.7 million.

Daniels suggested via Twitter on Tuesday night that he's the newest member of the Bengals.

Daniels, 31, visited the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, according to multiple reports.

Daniels played his first seven NFL seasons for the Green Bay Packers, and was named a Pro Bowler in 2017. He spent last season with the Detroit Lions - playing in nine games and starting two - after signing a one-year, $9.
