UC: Updated list of players getting NFL looks

The list of former University of Cincinnati players who will get National Football League opportunities continues to grow.

Defensive tackle Alex Pace is the latest to receive an NFL chance on either a free-agent or tryout basis, with UC announcing Monday via Twitter that Pace will get a look from the Seattle Seahawks.

Former UC safety Mike Tyson was the only ex-Bearcats player picked in the 2017 NFL draft, going in Round 6 to Seattle. Undrafted former UC players who will get opportunities include linebacker Eric Wilson (Minnesota), running back Tion Green (Detroit), center Deyshawn Bond (Indianapolis), safety Zach Edwards (Tampa Bay), tight end DJ Dowdy (Indianapolis), wide receiver Nate Cole (Cleveland) and Pace (Seattle).
