Luke Fickell isn't leaving the University of Cincinnati.
After interviewing for the Michigan State football head coach position Sunday, Fickell decided to remain with the Bearcats program he has led for three seasons, according to a report by Pete Thamel of Yahoo! Sports.
It is a decision unfamiliar to Bearcats fans after Mark Dantonio (left to lead the Spartans), Brian Kelly (Notre Dame) and Butch Jones (Tennessee) opted out of UC in the past 15 years for Power Six (Power Five plus Notre Dame) conference spots.
