In the penultimate game of the 2016 regular season, Cincinnati will host a new-look Memphis Tigers team.
When Sam Craft found his way into the end zone during the final minute of last year's matchup between the Cincinnati Bearcats and the Memphis Tigers, it plunged a dagger deep into the spine of UC's season. The Bearcats were projected as a favorite, or at least one of the few contenders, for the American Athletic Conference crown, but the 53-46 setback against Memphis was the their second league loss and September wasn't even over.
