Troy Caupain missed all of his shots from the floor and a second-half surge from SMU downed UC in its big road showdown with the Mustangs on Sunday. The 60-51 setback dropped the Bearcats in record (22-3 overall, 11-1 AAC) and in the national rankings. They will now get back to the drawing board, and they couldn’t be facing an easier test to get another win streak started.
