Bearcats Baseball Alumni Report: Josh Harrison

Former UC second baseman and 2008 6th-Round pick Josh Harrison continues to put up solid numbers for the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2016. In fact, the former jack-of-all-trades utility man has now locked up the job as the Bucs’ everyday second baseman. After playing five different positions during the past few years (and even making a pitching appearance in a lopsided game), Harrison has started 85 of the Pirates’ 99 games at second base, and hasn’t started at any other position. In fact, he’s only played one inning in another position this year (right field).
