Anthony Rizzo once again sits at the top of the order as he attempts to cement his claim as Greatest Leadoff Hitter of All Time. He’ll do it with Ian Happ backing him batting second, followed by Jason Heyward and Ben Zobrist.
Kris Bryant sits just one day into the second half of the season, but expect to see him in game two of the doubleheader today. That goes for Addison Russell as well, who’s sitting this one out in favor of Javy Baaz, who’s batting fifth and playing shortstop. Baez is followed in the order by Kyle Schwarber, Victor Caratini and Tommy La Stella, who’s manning third base in place of Bryant.
