Rookie Lauri Markkanen had the Bulls first five points of the game. Robin Lopez had a nice start to the game, as he had 10 points after the first. The team had a solid first quarter as they led 37-30.
Bulls second unit struggled in the second quarter. The Suns started the second on a 7-0 run and later on in the quarter they went on a 10-0 run. At one point the Bulls didn’t score for three minutes.
The Suns had 31 points in the second, while the Bulls only had 19.
