This season has been a disappointing one to say the least. With the Chicago Bulls currently sitting at the 10th seed in the Eastern Conference, the team has some serious evaluating to do with regard to the outcome of this rebuild. It was the expectation of many Bulls fans that the team would have a winning record and be in a playoff position by now. Especially with the way things are going in the Eastern Conference, there is no excuse as for why Chicago is on the outside looking in.
Nonetheless, the Bulls front office has some though decisions to make at this deadline: mainly whether to be buyers or sellers and to what degree.
