Like the slumping Bulls needed more bad news, but it came on Thursday.
The scheduled noon practice was cancelled last minute, and then the Sun-Times was able to confirm an ESPN report that Zach LaVine did have to enter the league’s health and safety coronavirus protocol, in which he is expected to miss at least a few games, according to a source.
That means the Bulls will be short-handed once again with the Grizzlies in town on Friday, with more players possibly going into the protocol, even if it’s contact tracing.
