The Chicago Bears have decided to promote from within as Sean Desai becomes the third defensive coordinator under Matt Nagy.
The Bears, after doing their due diligence by interviewing potential candidates across the country that were at different stages of their careers, decided that the best man to lead the team’s defense was right under their nose the entire time.
