Which way is the stock trending on Chicago Bears cornerback Kevin Toliver?
Entering his third NFL season, Kevin Toliver will have a chance to start for the Chicago Bears. Are the odds in his favor? Unlikely. However, over the past two seasons, the question has not been whether he can start. The question was whether or not he can make the roster.
For two straight years, he found a way to work himself onto the roster. In both seasons, he got on the field sparingly. Towards the end of last year, Prince Amukamara was out for the season and the Bears got a long look at Toliver.
