Frank Lampard praised Tottenham forward Harry Kane's 'sweet spot' at the moment as well as his lethal partnership with Son Heung-min.

The Blues host the current Premier League leaders in a London Derby at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, with the chance to leapfrog their rivals with a victory.

Kane and Son have been standout performers for Jose Mourinho's table-toppers so far this season with their partnership continuing to flourish - and the Chelsea boss admitted his team will have to nullify their threat.
