The Calgary Flames begin a two-game road trip tonight, which is good and bad news. Good, because for some reason, they play much better on the road than at home. Bad, because the Vegas Golden Knights have the best home record in the league, going 22-5-2.
While the Flames head to Vegas for a game for the first time in franchise history, they’ll also have their first ever moms trip. Everyone knows about the infamous dads trip, where all the players and coaches fathers come along for a road trip. But not often do the teams bring their moms.
