Daryl Williams contract provides cap-friendly depth on the right side

When the Buffalo Bills signed former second-team All-Pro right tackle Daryl Williams, a lot of fans rolled their eyes at another former Carolina Panthers play making his way north. As the contract details are now in, we can see it’s a low-risk, high-reward signing at a position group every NFL team always scrambles to fix. It’s another example of general manager Brandon Beane finding great depth at a cheap price.

NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero was the first to report the contract parameters, and it’s a very team-friendly deal in the mold of Quinton Spain’s 2019 contract.
