The Nets have confirmed an internet rumor that that the Nets will don a so-called “graffiti” style uniform this season. The uniforms will make their court debut at Barclays Center on Friday November 1 when the Nets take on the Rockets. They will wear them for a total of 22 games this season.
The “graffiti” uniform will now become one of four the team will wear this season. The others are the white and black traditional jerseys and the so-called Coogie style, this year in white.
The team, in its release unveiling the jersey, does not refer to it as “graffiti,” but that’s what it’s being called on the Internet.
