After selecting Villanova's Mikal Bridges with the No. 10 overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, the Sixers flipped Bridges to the Phoenix Suns in exchange for the Miami Heat's unprotected first-round pick in the 2021 NBA Draft and Zhaire Smith.
Conventional wisdom says that the Sixers will look to move the Heat's unprotected pick in a move for a superstar -- perhaps Kawhi Leonard -- and Sixers head coach Brett Brown threw gasoline on that fire shortly after the draft's conclusion on Thursday night.
