'I hope games can be played at their own venues': Eddie Howe calls for clubs to have home advantage when Premier League returns... as Bournemouth boss backs Project Restart ahead of Phase Two vote

Eddie Howe has backed Project Restart as Premier League clubs prepare for Wednesday's make-or-break vote on whether to enter contact training.

In an exclusive interview with Sportsmail, the Bournemouth manager insists the league should be allowed to recommence provided all clubs are convinced that it is safe to do so.

All 20 teams will vote on Wednesday on whether they should start phase two of training and Howe, although admitting goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale's positive coronavirus test has caused anxiety in his squad, is in support of restarting.
