PROVIDENCE, RI — The Eagles improved to 2-1 on Tuesday night, taking down Brown in a 4-3 thriller behind singles wins from Marice Aguiar, Laura Lopez, Sophia Edwards, and Seren Agar.
Brown took the doubles point to take an early 1-0 lead, as Hailey Wilcox and Seren Agar, who are still undefeated as a pair, were up 5-2 in their match before Brown clinched the point.
Marice Aguiar continued to dominate at No. 1 singles, winning in straight sets to tie the match 1-1.
