The Boston Celtics may have gotten another great steal by taking Robert Williams with the 27th pick. People can be excited about what he can do in the front court, and his elite athleticism will give him an opportunity to have an impact as a rookie.
Oddly enough, his time with the Celtics started off on a bad note, because the Celtics were unable to find him. With an introductory press conference scheduled, the Celtics expected to get their first look at Williams after being drafted, but he was not there.
Williams did not attend the draft, so the Celtics were unable to keep their eyes on him, and then they had no idea where he was, forcing them to reschedule their first talk with him.
