Injury updates: Celtics to be shorthanded in Orlando

The Boston Celtics will be down at least two key rotation players at the face the Magic in Orlando, as Enes Kanter and Jayson Tatum are both out. Jaylen Brown’s status is up in the air. And Robert Williams remains out due to hip edema.

Kanter was previously ruled out by Boston, as he has a bruised hip. Kanter said he suffered the injury when he dove for a loose ball against the Memphis Grizzlies. At shootaround, Brad Stevens said Kanter will be out on Friday against the Magic and will also miss Sunday’s game at the New Orleans Pelicans.
