Our latest long, Baylor Nation-al nightmare is over as Bruce Feldman of The Athletic is reporting on Twitter that Baylor is “working to finalize” a game with Houston next week in Waco. The last time the two teams played was nearly 15 years ago in the last season of the Southwest Conference, 1995.
Baylor, as you know, postponed its game that had been scheduled for today against La Tech earlier this week due to an outbreak there. Houston’s game against Memphis next weekend was postponed for similar reasons earlier today, creating a natural fit.
