This week, Ravens past & present collided, as Ray Lewis is in the semi-finalist stage of the Pro Football Hall of Fame voting. Another Ravens linebacker, Matt Judon, received his first AFC Defensive Player of the week, within the same couple days.
It’s a testament to the Ravens code. They create linebackers—warriors on the gridiron. They’ve done this since their inception, and I’m thankful for it all.
I’m thankful for Art Modell, and bringing a team back to the beautiful city of Baltimore.
I’m thankful for two wonderful Lombardi trophies, both heaved into the sky by the greatest linebacker of all time, Ray Lewis.
