After spending 11 seasons with the Baltimore Orioles outfielder, Adam Jones has spent 2019 with the Arizona Diamondbacks.
The Diamondbacks signed Jones to a one year contract in March, and he has not disappointed. Jones is slashing .261/.310/.433 with 13 home runs and 44 RBI’s for Arizona this season and has provided important veteran leadership to a team that traded their leader Paul Goldschmidt last off-season.
Though well behind the Dodgers in the National League West the Diamondbacks (48-47) are only one game behind the Philadelphia Phillies for the second NL wild-card spot.
