Ball State women’s swimming and diving completed day one of the Miami Invitational.
The days are broken up into 10 sessions having the teams swim twice in one day. On the final day, Saturday, Dec. 3, the teams will swim at 10 a.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
The Dec. 1 meets consisted of men and women’s 200 free relay, 200 prelim, 200 individual medley, 50 free prelims and 400 medley relay.
Freshman Sophia Bader, sophomore Lauren Elston, sophomore Elizabeth Madison and senior Courtney Mudd placed fifth in the first 200 relay with a time of 1:36:54.
