When the Atlanta Hawks drafted Bruno Fernando in the second round, the move was widely respected due to the fact that Fernando had been mocked in the first round of the 2019 NBA Draft for much of the pre-draft process. Nabbing a high-upside player at a position of need at #34 overall was definitely one of the best moves of the offseason for the Hawks.
