Early homers, late rally not enough for Braves

TORONTO -- Anibal Sanchez is no stranger to the frustration he felt as the Braves suffered a 5-4 loss to the Blue Jays on Wednesday afternoon at Rogers Centre.

But given how effective Sanchez has been while rejuvenating his career this year, the veteran right-hander certainly had reason to be disappointed about his inability to capitalize on the advantages he produced before issuing two key walks during Toronto's two-run fourth inning.

As the Braves had to settle for a split in this two-game series, Sanchez allowed four runs and issued a season-high four walks over five innings.
