Bryse Wilson to start for Braves on Tuesday following Cole Hamels injury

Bryse Wilson will be the next man up in the Braves’ battered rotation and start Tuesday night’s divisional contest with the Miami Marlins, according to Brian Snitker.

Wilson, who was recalled from the Gwinnett satellite site on Monday as Cole Hamels hit the injured list with shoulder fatigue, has appeared in just four games this season with poor results, pitching to the tune of a 7.04 ERA. The Braves will hope Wilson can cover at least a few innings to save the bullpen.

The Braves won an important first game of a four-game set with the Marlins on Monday night as Huascar Ynoa settled in nicely after a rough first inning.
