Red Wolves offensive coordinator Walt Bell accepts same position at Maryland

Bell is in his second season as Arkansas State’s offensive coordinator, play-caller and quarterback coach. Earlier this month, Bell turned down an offer to become the new head coach at Louisiana-Monroe.
