NEW ORLEANS -- J.D. McKissic was struck by this city's sights from the moment the Red Wolves arrived Tuesday.
"We were just looking at the big buildings," ASU's senior wide receiver said. "Being from Phenix City [Ala.] and living in Jonesboro for five years, I think it's beautiful here."
McKissic, who holds six school records and is the Sun Belt Conferences' all-time leader in receptions, said he hopes the end of his trip is just as impressive as his beginning.
McKissic will end his ASU career in tonight's New Orleans Bowl against Louisiana Tech as perhaps the most individually accomplished player among the team's 16 seniors.
