Gabe York was given the good news when the Sacramento Kings organization invited him for a pre-draft workout last week.
The former Wildcat guard currently isn’t being projected to be drafted in this years’ upcoming draft, but he will at least have the ability to show general managers and scouts what he can do with these opportunities, just before the draft takes place.
Since arriving in Tucson with much hype, York has steadily improved over his career at Arizona, and statistically played his best season last year, averaging 15 points for the Wildcats. York came in as the 65th ranked player overall in the 2012 class, according to ESPN.
