Evidently, it's up for debate.
Several early Pac-12 college basketball power rankings for the 2020-21 season have been released and both ASU and UCLA find themselves ranked No. 1 in some of them.
College basketball insider Andy Katz has Arizona State No. 1 and UCLA No. 2.
Of ASU, he wrote: "The Sun Devils are my pick to win the Pac-12 after the return of Remy Martin, Alonzo Verge Jr., and the impact of big-time recruit Josh Christopher.
