Oregon State took the lead for the fourth time in the first half with a 72-yard scoring drive that included a 14-yard run by Artavis Pierce on third-and-5.
Jermar Jefferson scored on a run from 4 yards out with 33 seconds left in the half, giving the Beavers a 28-21 halftime lead.
