Torey Lovullo loses cool with players in Diamondbacks' loss to Brewers

The off-target throw got past Diamondbacks third baseman Eduardo Escobar and bounced into the visitors’ dugout in Milwaukee. From the top step, manager Torey Lovullo had watched the disaster unfold: Three mistakes, at least, in one play, the last a mental error. Lovullo had seen enough.
