The club has lost two in a row going into Tuesday night’s game against the Padres, and Arizona’s bats have gone cold. The Diamondbacks have failed to score more than three runs in any of the past four games.
It’s reasonable to worry that this is another of those dips on what’s been a roller-coaster season in the Valley.
