Arizona Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte exits the game with left groin cramp

The Arizona Diamondbacks saw something unpleasant Friday night against the San Francisco Giants when Ketel Marte exited the game in the third inning with a left groin cramp. He is listed as day-to-day by the club.

Marte launched an RBI single that sent center fielder Jarrod Dyson home. When he reached first base, he looked to be in discomfort and called the trainers.

This came right after the second baseman was announced as a finalist for the All Star Game. Marte hit .309 with 20 home runs and 51 runs.
