Nick Saban feels Alabama football’s upcoming game against Auburn will come down to the play of each team’s quarterback.
The Crimson Tide is rolling with Ty Simpson, who was a Heisman favorite earlier in the season. He is looking to bounce back from a two-interception performance against Eastern Illinois. Ashton Daniels is back as the Tigers’ starting quarterback after sitting out against Mercer.
“I think this game’s gonna come down to quarterback play,” Saban said on ESPN’s College Gameday. “Now Alabama doesn’t run the ball great, so that puts a lot on Ty Simpson.
