Alabama Football vs Mississippi State: Second Half Open Thread

Related Topics: Tua Tagovailoa, Najee Harris

The 35-7 score at half looks nice. Tua Tagovailoa played a nearly perfect game, and Najee Harris was yet again a monster with the ball in his hands. The defense, aside from giving up a couple of big plays on one drive, totally shut down the Bulldog offense.

All should be well.

Except it’s not. Tua Tagovailoa was taken down outside of the pocket near the end of the half, and came up with a bloody nose. Which wouldn’t be that concerning, except he also couldn’t stand. The medical cart eventually took him off the field, and he’s said to have a hip injury.
