Alabama elite WR commit re-confirms commitment to Alabama after Shephard takes new job

Alabama football’s elite wide receiver commit, Cederian Morgan is looking forward to starting his career at the University of Alabama after his high school career came to an end on Friday night.

Morgan ended his senior season with 1,400 receiving yards and 16 touchdowns on 82 receptions. He showed his appreciation for Benjamin Russell High School in a post to X and confirmed he is sticking with the Tide despite Alabama’s wide receiver coach JaMarcus Shephard accepting Oregon State’s head coaching job.

“Grateful for all four years of high school, thanks to all my supporters I really appreciate yall and thankful to be the best to leave my city and even more thankful to leave BR better then I found it #AGTG but on to bigger and better things RTR,” Morgan posted to X.
