7 Alabama players land on All SEC Preseason Team

In 2017 five Alabama players were selected to the All-SEC team at the end of the 2017 season. At the conclusion of SEC Media Days, seven Alabama players were selected for the preseason All-SEC team. In addition to the seven Alabama players on the first team, there were three selected for the second team and four selected for the third team. In 2017 Alabama set a record of 10 players selected to the first team All-SEC preseason team. In 2018, there were seven players selected to the first team with a total of 14 players selected to the preseason team.
