Jeremy Schneider Named Most Outstanding Singles Player At WMU Invitational

KALAMAZOO, Michigan – Men's tennis wrapped up their second fall tournament early Sunday afternoon at the WMU/Vredevelt Invitational.

Following a tough day one of competition and recording a record of 5-7, the Musketeers came battling back for day two. Senior Jeremy Schneider went 2-1 in singles competition grinding out a tough tie break against Illinois State 6-1, 6-7 (12-10), 10-8. Sophomore Jack Dykema also went 2-1 in singles competition in the tournament.

In doubles, Schneider and Gabriel Araujo went 2-1 on the weekend, making the team's doubles record 6-4 for the tournament.
